AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 311 DATED APRIL 23, 1971, CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE CELEBRATION OF PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE DAY ON JUNE 12, 1971.

Executive Order No. 311, dated April 23, 1971, creating a national committee to take charge of the Philippine Independence Day on June 12, 1971, is hereby amended by designating the Secretary of Public Works and Communications, in lieu of the Undersecretary of Public Works and Communications, as member of the said Committee.

This Order shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1
