The closing ceremonies of the Seminar on Records Management will be held on June 2, 1971, starting at 3:00 p.m., at the Maharlika Hall, Executive Building. Officials and employees in this Office are hereby requested to attend the said ceremonies. For this purpose, they are hereby excused from office beginning at 2:45 p.m.1aшphi1 on the said date, provided that Chiefs of Divisions and Primary Units shall assign skeleton force in their respective Units to attend to official transactions.
