In view of the necessity and urgency of completion of the existing Navaids System Project of the Civil Aeronautics Administration, an Ad-Hoc Committee is hereby created composed of the following:

to evaluate the technical and financial aspects of the Philcox/Wilcox Proposal for the Flight Inspection, Operation, Maintenance/Engineering, Evaluation and Technical Management of the Philippine Navaids System.
The Committee shall meet at the call of the Chairman and shall submit its report to the Executive Secretary on or before June 15, 1971.1aшphi1
