CONSTITUTING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION CREATED TO INVESTIGATE DISTURBANCES INCIDENT TO RALLIES, RIOTS AND DEMONSTRATIONS
The following persons are hereby designated as members to constitute the commission created by the President under Administrative Order No. 287, dated May 4, 1971, to look into the causes of disturbances incident to rallies, riots and demonstrations from the January 26, 1970 incident, namely

The Secretariat of the Peace and Order Coordinating Council (POCC) shall serve as the Secretariat of the Commission hereby constituted.1aшphi1
All departments, bureaus, officers, agencies and instrumentalities of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations and local government instrumentalities are hereby directed to extend assistance to the Commission of any of its members in connection with discharge of its functions whenever such assistance is requested.
This supersedes Memorandum Order No. 231 dated May 16, 1971
This Order shall take effect immediately.
