CONSTITUTING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION CREATED TO INVESTIGATE THE MAY 1, 1971; RALLY INCIDENT AT THE CONGRESS BUILDING PREMISES.
The following persons are hereby designated as members to constitute the commission created by the President under Executive Order No. 286, dated May 3, 1971, to look into the circumstances surrounding the death and wounding of some demonstrators during a Orally held in front of Congress on May 1, 1971, namely:

The secretariat of the Peace and Order Coordinating Council (POCC) shall serve as the secretariat of the Commission herein constituted.1aшphi1
All departments, bureaus, offices, agencies and instrumentalities of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporation and local government instrumentalities are hereby directed to extend assistance to the Commission or any of its members in connection with discharge of its functions whenever such assistance is requested is requested.
