AUTHORIZING ATTYS. RONALDO ZAMORA AND ROQUE A. SORIOSO, STAFF ASSISTANTS IN THE OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY, TO ACT ON AND SIGN, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY, MATTERS, PAPERS AND OR COMMUNICATIONS WHICH ARE ROUTINE IN CHARACTER.
In order to relieve the Executive Secretary from the time-consuming demands of the matters or papers submitted to him for attention and action, which are routinary in character, and. in order to free him for the exercise and performance of his more important functions and duties of policy and decision-making, projects engineering, development, coordination and implementation, which are necessary to national development, Attys. RONALDO ZAMORA and ROQUE A. SORIOSO, members of the office staff of the Executive Secretary, are hereby empowered and authorized to attend to, act upon and sign, for and on behalf of the Executive Secretary, matters, papers and/or communications which are routine in character not requiring the formulation of policy nor the promulgation of decision.
For the above-stated purpose, Attys. RONALDO ZAMORA and ROQUE A. SORIOSO shall be given, and are hereby so given, the designation as Special Assistants to the Executive Secretary and shall exercise the authority to act and sign herein granted as such.1aшphi1
