CREATING A VALUATION COMMITTEE FOR THE PURPOSE OF APPRAISING THE PROPERTY OF THE NATIONAL MARKETING CORPORATION (NAMARCO) MORTGAGED WITH THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL BANK (PNB)
With the end in view of effecting the transfer of real properties owned by the National Marketing Corporation (NAMARCO) in favor of the Philippine National Bank (PNB) by way of dation in payment, for the partial satisfaction of that corporation’s obligations to the bank, a Valuation Committee, is hereby created to appraise the real properties so held to be composed, of:
