ORGANIZING A TASK FORCE AS PART OF THE LAKE LANAO DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TO STUDY THE ECOLOGICAL AND SOCIAL EFFECTS OF THE LOGGING AND AGRICULTURAL ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE LAKE LANAO WATERSHED AREA.

For the purpose of determining the effects on the ecological and social make-up of the Lake Lanao Watershed area by the logging and agricultural activities therein in so far as these will affect the proposed project of the National Power Corporation (NPC) to draw down Lake Lanao for the generation of electric power, there is hereby created a Task Force, as part of the Lake Lanao Development Program, which will conduct the study and make the determination on the aforementioned subject matter. The Committee shall be composed, as follows:

Commissioner Reynaldo Lesaca of the National Water and Air Pollution Commission	Chairman
A representative from the ProvincialGovernment of Lanao del Sur	Member
The General Manager of the NPC or his duly appointed representative	Member
Dean, College of Forestry, University of the Philippines	Member
Dean, College of Fishery Research and Development, University of the Philippines	Member
President, Mindanao .State University or his representative	Member

All departments, bureaus, offices, agencies and instrumentalities of the government including government-owned or controlled corporations and local governments are hereby directed to extend assistance to the Task Force whenever the need therefor arises and the same is requested.

The Task Force shall complete, its study and submit its recommendation within a period of ninety (90) days from the organization and composition of the Task Force herein created.1aшphi1
