CONSTITUTING A TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP TO PREPARE A COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE SANGLEY POINT AREA IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE.
The following are hereby designed to form the Technical Working Group to prepare a comprehensive development plan for the Sangley Point area in the Province of Cavite:

The Technical Working Group is hereby instructed to prepare a listing of the type of industries to which incentives should he offered, which, in general, should be related to transportation, freight handling, ship repair and maintenance, light manufacturing and tourism; a program of the infrastructure requirements and incentives to attract such private investments into the area; and guidelines for the operations of the facilities to be located in the Sangley Point complex, with special reference to zoning various portions for different uses.
In the performance of its functions, the Technical Working Group may call upon any department, office, bureau, agency or instrumentality of the Government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, for such assistance as it may need.1aшphi1
The Technical Working Group shall submit its report and recommendations to the Executive Secretary as soon as possible.
