By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate UPCA Director Basilio N. delos Reyes and ACA Regional Director Arsenio V. Exconde as Project Director and Deputy Project Director, respectively, of the Integrated Development Program for Nueva Ecija, under the joint auspices of the National Land Reform Council and the National Food and Agricultural Council.1aшphi1 This supersedes Memorandum Order No. 191 dated August 1, 1970.
