CREATING THE SAPANG PALAY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE TO ADMINISTER AND SUPERVISE THE DEVELOPMENT OF SAPANG PALAY, SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, BULACAN AS A MODEL COMMUNITY.
In order to bring about the rapid development and/or rehabilitation of Sapang Palay, San. Jose del Monte, Bulacan as a model community, the Sapang Palay Development Committee is hereby organized to administer and/or supervise vigorously said rehabilitation work, the membership of which is as follows:

The Committee is hereby authorized to call on any department, office, agency or instrumentality of the government, or on any government-owned or controlled corporation for necessary support and assistance in carrying out its work. The committee is also empowered to form such subcommittees or groups as may be necessary in the effective implementation of its objectives.1aшphi1
The Committee shall submit to this Office its progress reports from time to time or as required with appropriate recommendations.
