CONSTITUTING THE PHILIPPINE PANEL TO NEGOTIATE THE TRANSFER OF U.S. COAST GUARD LORAN STATIONS IN THE PHILIPPINES
The following are hereby designated to form the Philippine Panel to negotiate the transfer of five (5) U.S. Coast Guard long range navigational aid (Loran) Stations in the Philippines to the Philippine Government:

The Panel is hereby instructed to meet with its counterpart panel for the purpose of working out the arrangements for effecting the transfer.
In the performance of its functions, the Panel may call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, for such assistance as it may need.
The Panel shall submit its report and recommendations to the President as soon as possible.
