Memorandum Order No. 128 dated June 27, 1969, as amended by Memorandum Orders Nos. 173 and 180 dated February 28 and April 10, 1970, respectively, entitled “CREATING THE ACTION COMMITTEE ON CITIZENS COMPLAINTS,” is hereby further amended so as to include Mr. JOSE C. CRUZ of the Complaints and Investigation Office (formerly PARGO) in the membership of the said Committee.1aшphi1
