ON MAY 26, 1970, FOR THE PURPOSE HEREUNDER INDICATED. The closing ceremonies of the Seminar on Management Techniques for Middle Management will be held on May 26, 1970, at the Heroes Hall, Malacañang Palace starting at 9:00 A.M. His Excellency, President Ferdinand E. Marcos, will be the guest speaker.
