CREATING A COMMITTEE TO IMPLEMENT EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 208, CURRENT SERIES, WHICH MADE THE PRESIDENTIAL AGENCY ON REFORMS AND GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS A DIVISION UNDER THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE.

To implement Executive Order No. 208, current series, which made the presidential Agency on Reforms and Government Operations (PARGO) a division under the Executive Office to be known as Complaints and investigation Office (CIO), there is hereby created a committee composed of —

Capt. Quirico P. Evangelista (PN ret.)	Member
Atty. Mariano Serrano	Member
Atty. Fernando C. Santico	Member
Atty. Jose Olaguera	Member

The committee shall submit, as soon as practicable, its findings, report and recommendation to effectuate the complete integration of the defunct PARGO into this Office as a primary unit (CIO) thereof.1aшphi1
