CREATING A COMMITTEE TO ACT ON REQUESTS FOR RECONSIDERATION OF TERMINATION OF SERVICES OF CERTAIN OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES.

There is hereby created a Special Committee which shall receive requests for reconsideration of the termination of services of certain officials and employees paid from the O. R. Funds.1aшphi1 The composition of the Committee shall be as follows:

1.	Atty. ANTONIO C. CARAG	Chairman
2.	Dr. GUILLERMO C. DE VEGA	Member
3.	Atty. FERNANDO C. SANTICO	Member
4.	Atty. PEREGRINO SALES	Member

Officials and employees under the O.R. Funds who received notice of termination of services are hereby given five (5) days from date of receipt thereof within which to submit their requests for reconsideration which shall contain the reasons therefor.

The Committee shall consider such requests and submit its recommendations to the Executive Secretary within one (1) week from the receipt thereof. In considering such requests, the Committee shall determine the extreme hardship cases, if any, which would necessitate personal assistance.

No follow-up with the Committee by the interested parties shall be allowed.
