DESIGNATING THE ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE SECRETARY FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS TO SIGN CORRESPONDENCE THAT USED TO BE PREPARED FOR THE SIGNATURE OF THE ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE SECRETARY FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS, IN THE LATTER’S ABSENCE.

For expediency, official correspondence that are, under Memorandum Order No. 139, dated August 26, 1969, prepared for the signature of the Assistant Executive Secretary for Administrative Affaire shall be prepared for the signature of, and signed by, the Assistant Executive Secretary for Local Government Affairs, in the absence of or whenever the former is out of town or on official trips to the provinces.1aшphi1

This Order takes effect on January 19, 1970.
