MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 157, December 26, 1969 ] REQUIRING THE SUBMISSION OF BIO-DATA INFORMATION SHEETS AND ID PHOTOS BY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THIS OFFICE. It has been noted that a number of officials and employees in this Office have not as yet submitted the required Bio-Data Information Sheet and/or four copies of their latest ID Photo, size 1 ½ x1 ½ inches. This situation unduly delays the completion of an up-to-date Bio-Data Card Filing System of personnel of this Office. The officials and employees concerned are hereby directed to submit the aforementioned Bio-data Sheets and ID Photos to the Personnel Officer of this Office not later than January 2, 1970, otherwise payment of their salaries shall be withheld beginning January 7, 1970.1aшphi1 Strict compliance with this Order is enjoined.
