MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 156, December 22, 1969 ] REMINDING ALL OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES AND/OR PERSONNEL UNDER THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE ANTI-GRAFT LAW (REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3019 AS AMENDED) AND ENJOINING THEM FROM RECEIVING GIFTS, PRESENTS OR BENEFITS FROM ANY AND ALL PERSONS CONDUCTING BUSINESS WITH OR WHO MIGHT HAVE FUTURE DEALINGS WITH THEM. All officers, employees and/or personnel of the various divisions and offices of the Executive Office are hereby reminded that it is prohibited and illegal under the provisions of the Anti-Graft Law (Republic Act No. 3019 as amended) to receive directly or indirectly any gift, present or any other form of benefit from persons conducting business or dealing with or who might have future dealings with them, and any such officer, employee or personnel violating the provisions of the said law shall be dealth with administratively and/or criminally.
