PROVIDING FOR ORIENTATION VISITS BY EACH PRIMARY UNIT HEAD TO OTHER PRIMARY UNITS OF THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE.
In order to familiarize primary unit heads with the operations of the various units of the Executive Office and thereby broaden their perspective of service, it is hereby required that orientation visits for at least two (2) days by each primary unit head to other units be undertaken in accordance with the attached schedule.1aшphi1
In the course of the orientation visit, the visiting unit head shall strive to familiarize himself with the operations of the unit being visited, especially on the more substantial aspects of its work. Upon completion of the two-day orientation visit, the head of the unit visited shall, for records purposes, certify to the visits made by the other unit heads. For their part, visitors shall submit reports to the Executive Secretary on their observations as to the activities, practices, and procedures of the units visited. No criticisms or suggestions need be included in these reports.
