CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY THE FURTHER DELEGATION OF CERTAIN MATTERS TO DEPARTMENT HEADS.

There is hereby created a special committee to study the. possibility of further delegating to department heads certain matters which, under present procedure, are elevated to the Office of the President for decision, composed of the following:

1. Mr. Mariano Serrano	–	Chairman
2. Mr. Jose M. Valdellon	–	Member
3. Mr. Faustino Borja	–	“
4. Mr. Alfredo Pio De Roda	–	“

The Committee shall submit to the Executive Secretary a report on its study, together with recommendations, not later than November 30, 1969.1aшphi1
