CREATING A SPECIAL COMMITTED TO DRAFT THE SOLES OF PROCEDURE ON COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES OF EMPLOYEES IN THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE.
In order to effectively implement the provisions of the Civil Service Law and Rules regarding complaints and grievances, there is hereby created a special committee to draft the rules of procedure governing the handling of complaints and grievances composed of the following:
