MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 145, November 13, 1969 ] AUTHORIZING EMPLOYEES OF THE MALACAÑANG TELEGRAPH OFFICE TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH MEAL ALLOWANCE. In view of the exigencies of the service, employees Malacañang Telegraph Office are hereby authorized to render overtime service, during the period from October 14 to November 30, 1969, with meal allowance chargeable against the appropriations of this Office, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1 Due to budgetary limitations, the Chief of the Malacañang Telegraph Office shall limit to the barest minimum the number of employees in the said office who may render overtime service with meal allowance, and only one (1) meal unit per day shall be allowed to each employee.
