MODIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF THIS OFFICE DATED SEPTEMBER 23, 1969, CREATING A COMMITTEE TO MEET WITH THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE FEDERATED MOVEMENTS FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE AND REFORM AND THE FREE FARMERS FEDERATION.
The aforesaid Memorandum of this Office dated September 23, 1969, is hereby further amended so as to reconstitute the members thereof as follows:

He shall assume the responsibilities of the Chairman of the Committee in the absence of Governor Conrado Estrella.1aшphi1
This Order shall take effect immediately.
