In addition to the weekly performance report required under Memorandum Order No. 136, current series, all Chiefs of Divisions in this Office are hereby requested to collate communications acted on by their respective divisions and to submit weekly reports thereon, similar to the attached copy of the Memorandum dated August 29, 1969, of Major Carmelo L.
