CONSTITUTING THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES’ ASSOCIATION PANEL ON GOVERNMENT EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE RELATIONS.
The following officers of the Philippine Government Employees’ Association are hereby constituted into a Panel representing employees to sit with the Executive Secretary or with such persons as he may designate, and discuss matters and work out solutions to problems affecting government employer-employee relations:
