CREATING A COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE THE BURNING OF SUGAR CANE PLANTS WITHIN THE GLARE FIELD RESERVATION.
There is hereby created a Committee composed of the following:

to look into why sugar cane plants worth half a million pesos planted within the Clark Field reservation are being burned by-Clark Field authorities. The Committee shall find out why Clark Field authorities allowed the planting of sugar cane within their reservation in the first place.
The Committee shall submit its report as soon as possible.1aшphi1
