[ Memorandum Order No. 95, February 29, 1968 ]
A Committee is hereby created to study the feasibility of creating an ad hoc body which will conduct seminars or appropriate courses of instruction for local government officials regarding laws, rules, regulations and programs related to local governments, as well as principles of administration and management techniques, to make local officials more effective and efficient arms of administration. The body shall be patterned more or less after the Philippine Executive Academy.
The Committee shall be composed of the following:
Atty. Alfredo Pio de Roda
Atty. Domingo Flores
Atty. Leopoldo Mendoza
The Committee shall submit its report and recommendation not later than March 5, 1968.1aшphi1
