[ Memorandum Order No. 90, January 26, 1968 ]

DESIGNATING AND/OR TRANSFERRING CERTAIN ORGANIZATIONALh UNITS IN THE OFFICE

The following organizational units in the Office are hereby redesignated and/or transferred as hereunder indicated:

(1)    The Office of the Legislative Secretary which heretofore has been under the President is hereby placed under the Office of the Executive Secretary;

(2)   The Office of Economic Affairs which heretofore has been under the Office of the Assistant Executive Secretary for Economic and Financial Affairs is transferred to the Office of the Executive Secretary; and

(3)   The Office of the Presidential Assistant on Military Affairs which heretofore has been directly under the Office of the Executive Secretary is placed under the Office of the Assistant Executive Secretary for Legal and Administrative Affairs.1aшphi1

This order shall take effect immediately.
