MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 88, January 15, 1968 ] PROVIDING FOR THE HOLDING OF A STAFF MEETING EVERY FIRST WORKING DAY OF THE MONTH. Memorandum Order No. 39 of this Office, series of 1963, providing for the holding of a staff meeting every Monday morning is hereby revoked, in lieu thereof, it is hereby provided that there shall be a staff meeting which shall be attended by all the chiefs of primary units in the Office of the President and such other officials and employees as may be invited at the meeting, to be presided by either one of the Assistant Executive Secretaries, every first working day of the month at 8;00 o’clock in the morning to be held at the conference room of the Malacañang Canteen, unless canceled or postponed to any other day and/or time and place, of which advanced notice shall be made to those concerned. The Cabinet Secretariat shall assign from among its personnel such secretarial help as may be necessary in the said meeting, and keep the record of the minutes thereof. This Order shall take effect on the first working day of February, 1968, and until further advice. (Sgd.) RAFAEL M.
