[ Memorandum Order No. 117, October 3, 1968 ]

PRESCRIBING THE ADOPTION OF A CENTRALIZED CONTROL OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS IN THIS OFFICE.

For control purposes and effective immediately, the responsibility concerning stocks of all kinds of supplies and materials, either for office consumption or construction purposes, shall be centralized in the Property Service Unit of the Finance Division.

To carry out this order all bodegas of such supplies and materials shall be relinquised or turned over to the Property Service Unit under the direct supervision and control of Dr. Urbano Magboo, head of said unit who will receive the supplies and materials after same have been properly inventoried.

The daily needs of the divisions or units may be withdrawn by properly accomplished requisitions.

Strict compliance herewith by all concerned is enjoined.1aшphi1
