CREATING A SPECIAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF ALL PREPARATIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE OFFICIAL VISIT TO THE PHILIPPINES OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE INTERNATIONAL LABOUR ORGANIZATION
In order to ensure the successful visit to the Philippines of Mr. David A. Morse, Director General of the International Labour Organization on September 16-19, 1968, there is hereby created a Special Committee to take charge of all preparations and arrangements for the visit composed of the following:

The Committee shall meet at the call of the Chairman and for the purpose of discharging its functions, may create such sub-committees as may be necessary.1aшphi1
The Committee is hereby authorized to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, for such assistance as it may need in discharging its duties and functions.
The Department of Labor shall provide the Secretariat of the Committee.
