[ Memorandum Order No. 111, July 30, 1968 ]
REGULATING THE USE OF OFFICE TELEPHONES BY OUTSIDERS.
It has been observed that office telephones in many units of the Executive Office are allowed to be used by outsiders to the detriment of inter-office coordination and the conduct of official business. It is, therefore, directed that, henceforth, officials and employees of the Office shall restrict the use by outsiders of office telephones except for short calls and in urgent cases only.1aшphi1
