MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 110, July 19, 1968 ] Henceforth, the giving out or issuing of bond or memorandum pad paper with official office of the President or Malacañang letterhead to unauthorized persons by any official or employee of this office who has possession thereof by reason of his or her duties and functions shall be strictly prohibited.
