[ Memorandum Order No. 109, July 19, 1968 ]

CREATING A COMMITTEE TO COORDINATE ANTI-RAT OPERATIONS

WHEREAS, there is a resurgence of rat infestation in many parts of the country, threatening to destroy the gains made in agricultural production; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to coordinate the activities of all government agencies involved to control the menace;

WHEREOF, a Committee is hereby created to coordinate the overall anti-rat operations composed of the following:

Executive Secretary	Chairman
Director of Plant Industry	Member
Commissioner of Agricultural Productivity Commission	Member
Representative, PACD	Member
Provincial Governor, City Mayor and Municipal Mayor of province, city or municipality affected	Member

The Committee shall devise an overall plan within forty-eight (48) hours from the date hereof and organize an anti-rat team in every province affected under its control, through the Director of Plant Industry.1aшphi1
