[ Memorandum Order No. 108, July 15, 1968 ]

Henceforth, in preparing drafts of request for detail of personnel from one office to another, pursuant to the provisions of Administrative Order No. 42, series of 1937, the following condition shall invariably be included:

“This detail shall not involve the payment of any additional emoluments or compensation, per diems, transportation or representation allowances, or any form of financial benefits whatsoever.”

Please be guided accordingly.
