REQUIRING THE PREPARATION OF CERTAIN PIPERS FOR THE SIGNATURE OF ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE SECRETARIES FLORES BAYOT AND GILBERTO M. DUAVIT.

Effective immediately and during the absence abroad of Assistant Executive Secretary Jose J. Leido, Jr., all papers which used to be prepared for his signature, shall be prepared for the signature of either Secretary Duavit or Secretary Bayot as indicated hereunder:

For signature of Secretary Bayot:

1. Presidential directives, except where policy decisions are involved;

2. Appointment proposals under Administrative Order No. 171, series of 1956, and other administrative matters;

3. Military matters;

4. Matters pertaining to the Rice and Com Production Coordinating Center.1aшphi1

For signature of Secretary Gilberto M. Duavit:

1. Legal matters.

2. Matters pertaining to contracts.
