MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 84, December 15, 1967 ] CREATING A SPECIAL COMMITTEE TO STUDY THE RATES OF ALLOWANCES OF THE PERSONNEL OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AUTHORIZED BY THIS OFFICE TO TRAVEL ABROAD. There is hereby created a special committee to study the rates of clothing allowances, per diems and other allowances of the officers and employees of the Department of Foreign Affairs authorized by this Office to travel abroad as chairman or member of any Philippine delegation to international conferences. The committee shall be composed of a representative each from the Office of the Assistant Executive Secretary for Social and Political Affairs, General Auditing Office, Department of Foreign Affairs and Budget Commission. The representative of the Office of the Assistant Executive Secretary for Social and Political Affairs shall act as chairman of the committee. The committee is hereby authorized to call upon any department, bureau, office or agency of the government for such assistance as it may need for the performance of its functions.1aшphi1 The committee shall submit its report and recommendation as soon as practicable.
