MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 80, October 26, 1967 ] A Committee is hereby created to study the various committees or bodies created by executive orders, administrative orders, circulars etc., to determine (a) those whose functions or activities may be overlapping or conflicting with a view to reconciling, consolidating and updating the same, (b) those which should be allowed to continue as necessary, and (c0 those which should be abolished for having outlived their usefulness.1aшphi1 The Committee shall be composed of the following: Atty. Mariano Serrano Atty. Alfredo Pio de Roda Atty. Jose M. Valdellon A representative from the U.P. Public Institute of Administration to be designated by the Dean Atty. Federico A.
