AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 114 AUTHORIZING CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE MALACAÑANG CLINIC TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH MEAL ALLOWANCE.
Memorandum Order No. 114 dated February 23, 1965, authorizing certain employees of the Malacañang Clinic to render overtime service with meal allowance shall remain in effect until further advice and is hereby amended so as to revise the list of personnel authorized to render overtime service in accordance with the following schedule, effective as of July 1, 1967:
WORK DAYS
Monday to Friday
(5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) |
Saturdays and Holidays
(8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) |
| Two (2) Physicians |
Three (3) Physicians |
| One (1) Nurse |
Two (2) Nurses |
| One (1) Dentist |
Three (3) Dentists |
| Five (5) Attendants/Helpers |
Seven (7) Attendants/Helpers |
Payment of meal allowance herein authorized shall continue to be charged against the PCSO fund allotted to the Malacañang Clinic, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1
