CREATING A COMMITTEE TO RE-STUDY THE SALARY SCHEME IN NATIONAL OFFICES.
In view of the existence of several laws providing a for salary increases of employees In particular government offices beyond the rates prescribed under the WAPCO Pay Plan, there has arisen a need to re-standardize the national offices- of-the government service. For this purpose, there is hereby created a committee composed of the following:

The Committee shall immediately organize itself and hold meetings as often as practicable to carry out its task within the shortest possible time. It shall submit to the President a report on its study together with its recommendation and draft of implementing legislation.
