MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 70, July 31, 1967 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 66 OF THIS OFFICE DATED JUNE 6, 1967 Memorandum Order No. 66 dated June 6, 1967, “Authorizing a Number of Employees of the Buildings and Grounds Division to Draw Meal Allowance for Overtime Service Rendered as an Exception to the Provisions of Memorandum Order No. 54 dated February 1, 1967,” is hereby amended so as to authorize the said employees to draw meal allowance but not more than two (2) meal units, for overtime service rendered during Sundays and holidays effective August 1, 1967, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (Sgd.)
