[ Memorandum Order No. 66, June 6, 1967 ]

AUTHORIZING A NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES OF THE BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS DIVISION DRAW MEAL ALLOWANCE FOR OVERTIME SERVICE RENDERED AS AN EXCEPTION TO THE PROVISIONS OF MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 54 DATED FEBRUARY 1, 1967.

Officials and employees in the Buildings and Grounds division who, in view the nature of their assignments and the exigencies of the service, are required to render overtime service are hereby authorized to draw meal allowance as an exception to the provisions of Memorandum Order No. 54 of this Office dated January 1, 1967, limiting payments of meal allowance for overtime service rendered, subject to the following conditions:

1. Not more than the following number of employees indicated opposite each service unit shall be paid meal allowance for overtime service rendered:

2. Only one meal unit shall be allowed for overtime service rendered on ordinary working days as well as on Sundays and holidays and not more than two (2) units on Saturdays, effective as of February 1, 1967, and until June 30, 1967.

Payment of meal allowance herein authorized is subject to availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1
