MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 64, May 11, 1967 ] EXEMPTING OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE APPOINTMENTS DIVISION FROM THE PROVISIONS OF MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 54, DATED FEBRUARY 1, 1967. In view of the nature of the functions and duties assigned to the Appointments Division, officials and employees therein who are required to render overtime service, are hereby exempted from the provisions of Memorandum Order No. 54 of this Office dated February 1, 1967, pertaining to certain limitations on the payment of meal allowance, subject to the following conditions: 1. Not more than five (5) officials and employees of the said Division shall be authorized to draw meal allowance for overtime service rendered, 2. Only one (l) meal unit shall be allowed for overtime service rendered on ordinary working days and not more than two (2) units during Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.1aшphi1 Payment of meal allowance herein authorized is subject to availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
