MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 59, March 29, 1967 ] REQUIRING PRICE CLEARANCE BY THE SOCIAL SECRETARY OF VISITORS OF THE FIRST LADY. It has been observed lately that certain employees of the Office accompany visitors of the First Lady directly to the Office of the Social Secretary without first securing clearance from Mrs. Rebecca Knapp at the Office of the Appointments Secretary in the Executive Building, thereby causing undue inconvenience to all concerned. In order to attain a smooth flow and reception of such visitors in the Palace, it is hereby directed that employees accompanying visitors must secure a pass for them from Mrs. Knapp. Those without such a pass shall not be allowed entry at the concrete gate to the Palace by the guard on duty thereat.1aшphi1 For the information and guidance of all concerned.
