PRESCRIBING PROCEDURE IN THE RECEIPT OF SUPPLIES, MATERIALS AND/OR EQUIPMENT DELIVERED TO THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

For control purposes, it is hereby directed that all deliveries of supplies, materials and/or equipment covered by duly approved Purchase Orders intended for this Office shall be received by and/or thru the Property Unit, inspected by the GAO Auditor or his representative and witnessed by a representative of the Financial Assistant to be designated by him from time to time.1aшphi1

All orders inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked.

This order takes effect immediately.
