MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 56, February 22, 1967 ] USE OF THE DRIVEWAY AT THE BACKDOOR OF THE MALACAÑANG PALACE For the information and guidance of all concerned, the driveway at the backdoor of the Malacañang Palace shall be used exclusively by the cars assigned to the President or the First Family, the Executive Secretary and the Senior Aide-de-Camp to the President. All other motor vehicles shall not be allowed to park or stop therein at any time. The Malacañang Provost Officer, the Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds and the Malacañang Motor Pool Supervisor shall see to it that the foregoing provisions of this Order are strictly complied with.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (Sgd.)
