REQUIRING THE PREPARATION OF CERTAIN PAPERS FOR THE SIGNATURE OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY.

All papers pertaining to appointment proposals under Administrative Order No. 171, series of 1956, and requests for authority to fill positions, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 1 of this Office dated December 31, 1965, which were usually prepared for the signature of Assistant Executive Secretary Jose J. Leido, Jr., shall henceforth be prepared for the signature of the Executive Secretary until further orders.1aшphi1
