EXEMPTING EMPLOYEES OF THE LEGAL OFFICE, THE LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AND CIVIL AFFAIRS OFFICE AND OTHER UNITS OR OFFICES IN THE EXECUTIVE BUILDING FROM USING THE BUNDY CLOCK.
The employees of the Legal Office and the Local Governments and Civil Affairs Office, as well as those of other units or offices in the Executive Building who may also be temporarily transferred to the gymnasium or any other building at the Malacaņang Park, are hereby exempted from using the bundy clock and are hereby authorized instead to register in their respective time cards, in ink and in their own handwriting, their time of arrival at and departure from office effective as of the date of actual transfer and until their return to the Executive Building. It is understood that their respective time cards shall be duly verified and signed by the chiefs or assistant chiefs of division concerned before they are submitted to the Administrative Division.1aшphi1
