[ Memorandum Order No. 42, August 26, 1966 ]

CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY THE ORGANIZATION OF THE DIFFERENT OFFICES, SCREEN AND PASS UPON ALL APPOINTMENTS OF LOCAL OFFICIALS FOR THE NEWLY CREATED PROVINCES IN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE.

There is hereby created a Committee to conduct a thorough study of the organization of the different offices, screen and pass upon, for recommendation to the President, all proposals or recommendations for appointments of local officials for the new provinces created under Republic Act No. 4695; namely, Benguet, Mountain Province, Ifugao and Kalinga-Apayao, to he composed of the following;

Hon. Flores Bayot, Assistant Executive Secretary for Local Governments	Chairman
Mr. Domingo Flores, () Presidential Staff Assistant, Legal Office Mr. Hermogenes Diego, Chief, Local Governments Finance Division,	Member
Department of Finance	Member
Mr. Martin Kintanar, Manager, Local Governments and Auditing Department, General Auditing Office	Member
Mr. Salvador Hontenejo, Presidential Administrative Assistant, Local Governments and Civil Affairs Office	Secretary

This Order shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1
